IPTACS’ commitment to corporate social responsibility is a premise that permeates every aspect of our business operations. We understand that businesses have a social and environmental impact, whether intended or not, and strive to always make ours a positive one. Our focus on Corporate Social Responsibility is intended to provide long-term benefits for our:

It is IPTACS’ policy to make a positive impact on every community in which it provides training, be outside of the company’s normal delivery of service, and in the form of at least one of the following (in order of preference):
- Volunteer service performed by IPTACS personnel
- Donation of goods
- Donation of money
- Donation of company services/training
A Corporate Social Responsibility deliverable is designed for each community, based on an analysis of that community’s needs, and will include all volunteer efforts and donations made by IPTACS as well as any other activities, initiatives or procedures implemented by IPTACS for that community. IPTACS will attempt to utilize local services, and buy project goods from local vendors, whenever it is reasonably possible.

Personal relationships result in the greatest, most meaningful and most long-lasting impact on the community being served, as well as those providing the service or benefit. Whenever possible, direct personal involvement by IPTACS employees and trainers will be preferred over other types of donations or assistance. |

It is IPTACS’ policy to treat all people, their ideas, opinions, practices, and beliefs with fairness, objectivity, interest and respect, especially when they may differ from those of our own employees and trainers. Stewardship |
Corporate Social Responsibility activities, and any resources that may be associated with those activities, are managed by IPTACS with the interests of the beneficiaries as the primary guiding factor. |

The company’s Corporate Social Responsibilities efforts emphasize the creation of programs that are long-term, continuous, and positive in all aspects of their impact on the community they are designed to benefit. |
Accountability |
IPTACS reports the outcomes and progress if its Corporate Social Responsibility programs in its annual report, published each January. The report includes a review of all Corporate Social Responsibility programs established the previous year, the original goals, progress/results, and an analysis of our performance, based on the impact to the local community. |
